This is to inform category of students who are not able to obtain their JAMB admission letters due to one reason or the other, that, it is imperative to regularize their admission in KWASU without further as failure to do so can lead to their not being able to participate in the National Youth Service Corps Scheme.
It is gratifying to note that JAMB Management has given a window of opportunity to
the affected students especially, those admitted in 2017 and above to regularize their admission within 30 (Thirty) days after which JAMB would not entertain any request for regularization from them.
Consequently, the affected students are strongly advised in their own interest to take advantage of this window of opportunity by logging in to JAMB official portal to obtain the regularization form, fill and submit it to the Desk officer at the office of the Vice-Chancellor on or before 4th June, 2021.
The following are the categories of students that must regularize their admiission:
i. All regular students without jamb admission letter who are still currently in the University and those who have graduated from the University;
ii. All IDEL Students who are yet to regularize their admission and have no jamb admission letters. New admitted IDEL Students are not affected and
iii. All CEERMS Students who are yet to have their jamb admission letters.
All the affected students should therefore note the following charges for different categories of cases as can be found on the JAMB website:
- Regularization/Condonement of irregular admission with registration number – Charges N5,000, Administrative charges N300.
- Condonement without registration number -Charges N8,500, Administrative charges N300. TOTAL N8, 800
- Change of admission letter/normalization of irregular admission, charges N5,000, Administrative charges N300. TOTAL N5,300
