The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Ondo State is the first specialized University of Medical Sciences established in 2014 with the mission to foster excellence in teaching, research and service delivery in all health science disciplines. ELIGIBILITY

  1. Candidates who made University of Medical Sciences, Ondo their first and second choices in the 2020 UTME and scored 160 and above are eligible for the screening. In addition, candidates who did not choose the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo and are willing to change to the University are also eligible for the screening.
  2. Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics for the MBBS/BDS programme and not more than two sittings in relevant O/Level subjects including English and Mathematics for other programmes in the University.
  3. Direct entry candidates who have already applied to JAMB and who possess minimum of 10 points in relevant ‘A’ level subjects or a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in the basic medical or biological sciences with a minimum of second class (lower division) are also eligible to apply for Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry Courses.

JAMB UTME Subject Combination
All courses in Faculties require English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in UTME. Candidates in Mathematics require English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology in the UTME.

How to Apply for UNIMED Post UTME Form
Eligible candidates should log on to the University website www.unimed.edu.ng and take the following steps:

  1. Click on Admission;
  2. Click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal;
  3. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via online payment system using VISA or MASTER Card. Note that VERVE Card is not allowed;
  4. After payment, Print Payment Receipt
  5. On Post-UTME Portal, Click on Application Form to Login with your UTME Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID as Password to complete the screening form.

    a. JAMB UTME Notification of Results or Registration Slips for Direct-Entry Candidates;
    b. Printed copy of the completed 2021/2022 Admission Screening slip.
  2. Direct Entry Candidates are to forward their Transcript directly to the Registrar, University of Medical Sciences.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form. Candidates are to visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for detailed instructions for the online application.

MAPOLY POST UTME 2021:CUT OFF MARK, ELIGIBLITY AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has announced the commencement of processing of admission application forms to all applicants seeking admission into all programmes of the Institution for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Interested Post-UTME candidates, who scored 100 and above must have chosen Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta as their first choice in the 2021 UTME and upload their O’level results on the JAMB’S Central Admission Processing System(CAPS).

Any candidates, who did not choose MAPOLY as their first choice in the 2021 UTME, MUST process a Change of Choice and make MAPOLY their most preferred Institution via
JAMB’s portal before obtaining MAPOLY application forms.

Similarly, application forms for Part-time,National Diploma, and Full-time & Part-time,Higher National Diploma programmes of the Polytechnic are obtainable on www.mapoly.edu.ng.

Candidates are to proceed to www.mapoly.edu.ng to process the forms using a Debit Master or Visa Card to pay the prescribed processing fee to complete the online application.

Interested candidates are advised to check the admission requirements before processing the forms, as all application forms will close on Friday, 15th October 2021.

LAUTECH POST-UTME 2021:CUT OFF MARK, ELIGIBLITY AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

GENERAL INFORMATION

Notice is hereby given to all candidates who choose LAUTECH as their Institution of first choice or those willing to change to LAUTECH as their Institution of first choice in the 2021/2022 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that a Post-UTME Computer Based Test (CBT) screening exercise and oral interview for Direct Entry candidates for admission to the University’s various programmes will be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday, December 1 and 2,2021 and Wednesday and Thursday, December 13 and 14,2021 respectively.

Consequently, application form will be available online for completion and submission from Friday, October 1 to Friday, November 26,2021.

Applicants are to note that before admission can be offered by the University, they must have uploaded their O’Level results on CAPS and once admission is offered, the candidates must either accept or reject the offer on CAPS before JAMB’s closure of CAPS for the year in order to be on JAMB National Matriculation list for the year. For UTME candidates to be eligible for the exercise, they must have scored 160 marks and above in the 2021/2022 UTME.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants are to proceed to the admission website of the university official website to make payment of Two Thousand Naira only for the purpose of online registration for the screening exercise using inter-switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM) as well as familiarize themselves with the available programmes in the university and the entry requirements for Olevel,A level and UTME subjects combination for each of the programmes indicated.

Applicants are expected to carefully complete and submit the online application forms having uploaded a clear digital copy of their passport photographs in White background which must be in JPEG and must not be more than 20kb.

Any Applicants with blurred picture on the acknowledgement page will not be admitted into the screening center as the photograph will be used as a means of Identification.
The Colour print out acknowledgement page should be presented by all Candidates at the screening venue before admittance to participate in the exercise.

Candidates should note that satisfaction of this requirement is mandatory for ease of communication, Applicants are to provide valid and active E-mail address and phone numbers.

Applicants who are awaiting results of NABTEB, NECO, WASC are also eligible to apply. However, the results when released must be uploaded on the PUTME portal of the University as well as on JAMB CAPS two (2) weeks after release of such results. Results uploaded after the prescribed timeline may not be accepted. Also, inconsistency in names on O’Level and UTME results shall not be acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification. Candidates’ names on their O’Level results and other registration documents must be the same.

Any applicant who fails to present himself/herself for the CBT as scheduled automatically forfeits being considered for admission. The use of cell phones and any unauthorized device is not allowed during the screening exercise.

ELIGIBILITY:

LAUTECH will admit only candidates who passed at credit level in at least five (5) relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB for UTME while the University accepts a minimum of Upper Credit and JUPEB/ A’ Level for Direct Entry candidates with five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects.

Candidates should carefully study the University Brochure as provided on the University website to guide them in completion of their application forms.
